【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesapreloadingtestwhichisabletodetecttheoccurenceofhydrogenembrittlementoffastenersatroomtemperature.Thistestisapplicableto—metricbolts,screwsandstuds;—threadrollingscrews;—self-tappingscrews;—self-drillingscrews;—nuts;—washerswhicharemadeofsteelandareundertensilestress.Thetestshallbecarriedoutwithinatemperaturerangeof10℃to35℃.Thetestissuitableonlyforin-processcontrolandmaybecarriedoutafteranystepofthemanufacturingprocess.Itisnotintendedasanacceptancetest.Itiscapableofassessingdifferencesorchangesinprocessingconditionsortechniquesandtodeterminetheeffectivenessofthevariousprocessingstepsincludingpre-andpost-coatingtreatments(baking)toreducethemobilehydrogeninthefasteners.Thistestdoesnotrelievethemanufacturerorprocessorfromtheresponsibilityofimposingandmonitoringsuitableprocesscontrol.NOTEThechanceofdetectinghydrogenembrittlementdecreasessignificantlyifthetestisstartedmorethan24hafterthelaststepofmanufacturingprocess.Therefore,innormalcasesthistestisnotsuitableforacceptancetesting.Specialattentionshallbegiventothereferencetestinclause7.3.
