【摘要】:ThispartofISO14530specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofunsaturated-polyesterpowdermouldingcompounds(UP-PMCs).Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.PropertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizePMCsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350-1.Othertestmethodsinwideusefor,orofparticularsignificanceto,PMCsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO14530,asarethedesignatorypropertiesfoundinISO14530-1.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
